Please Note: Our lacquered radiators made from raw metal are intentionally designed to display variations in finish, including visible weld marks and imperfections. These unique features contribute to the radiator's authentic, industrial appearance.
The Raw Metal column radiators offer excellent heat output whilst making the room look modern and cosy with that concrete solid industrial metallic look. The radiators are handmade with each one having distinct original features such as stain marks on the raw metal (below the lacquer). Not only does it make them totally unique, it adds a level of authenticity to the product and your room. Return policy
Returns are accepted exclusively for items that are proven to be damaged or defective upon arrival. Returns requested due to discretionary reasons, such as a change of mind, are generally declined; however, should such a return be accepted with prior written approval, it will be subject to a mandatory 25% restocking fee. To be eligible for return, products must be in their original, unopened packaging, unused, and in fully resaleable condition. All return requests must be formally lodged within 7 days of the delivery date. A corresponding credit or refund will be processed only after a thorough inspection of the returned goods has been completed and deemed satisfactory. The customer is responsible for covering all costs associated with return shipping, unless the return is clearly due to a fault attributable to the supplier.

All items on our website come with a free delivery**. Prices are quoted Inc. VAT so the price you see is the price you pay.
**The only exception to this is Remote areas. See below for a detailed exclusion list of postcodes where additional delivery charges apply.
Delivery
We will endeavour to meet any given date for delivery however we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control. If we are unable to make the expected delivery date, we shall inform you by email or phone as soon as possible. Once dispatched all orders are fully insured by ourselves until they have been delivered and signed for. As soon as your order has been delivered or confirmed as having been delivered then you will be responsible for them. Any delivery issues must be raised within 7 days of the delivery and please be aware we cannot take any action after the time frame has passed.
Delivery may only be made Monday-Friday. Some couriers may deliver on Saturdays but entirely at their discretion. It’s not a service we offer as standard as it is very costly. Large items like shower enclosures, vanity units, toilets etc are either delivered with our in-house delivery network or Palletised Delivery network.
The drivers are NOT insured to take goods inside your property. The pallet will be delivered to the front of the property and we strongly recommend you have at least 2 able-bodied people to take the delivery and carry goods inside. Drivers will not take goods up any stairs if they drop goods at your doorstep (only in cases when delivered via their own in-house delivery network).
Our handling time depends on the type of item which you have ordered:
- Large Items - 4-6 Working Days
- Medium Items - 4-6 Working Days
- Small Items - 2-3 Working Days
